We offer a wide variety of services to suit your specific needs. If you have additional questions about which program will work best for you after browsing through the information on each service , please contact us.

  • Start-up Program: for our new Body Results clients, includes muscle balance assessment, bodyfat measurement, and personalized exercise program.
  • Muscle Balance Assessment: For pre-hab, post-rehab, or new clients to identify areas of the body that need stretching or strengthening. We combine movement screens from Reebok University's RNT (Reactive Neuromuscular Training) Program with other dynamic sports-specific assessments.
  • Program Development: for our continuing clients, includes program updates every 3-4 weeks, along with form check and monthly calendar of your workouts.
  • Workout sessions: in-studio exercise, located in the Northgate area of Seattle.
  • Sports Topic Consultations: for the triathletes, climbers, rowers or endurance athletes wanting specific guidance for a race, event, or climb.
