Program Development

An option for many of our continuing clients; we update your workout periodically (every 3-4 weeks) and teach you proper form for any exercises that are unfamiliar to you. We update your monthly calendar of cardiovascular, stretching, recreational, and strength activities and suggest alternatives for times when you go on vacation or know you won't be able to do your normal routine. As you achieve your goals, master form, and develop new goals, program development can be accomplished over the phone or through e-mail.

  • An opportunity for periodic form check to make sure you are not developing any bad habits that could lead to muscle imbalances.
  • An education about your body and what works best for you. Every client has different goals and different needs. We help you learn what works, but to do that we need your periodic feedback, as well. This is accomplished via phone calls and e-mail weekly.
  • Your body adapts to any exercise program you do in about 3-4 weeks. As soon as you begin to get bored, or experience what is called a "plateau" where you stop making improvements, then you are due for a Program Development.
