Our online WebTrainer service allows anyone around the world to work with a professional strength and conditioning coach to prepare for your specific goal, whether that is a backpacking trip to the Grand Canyon, around Mt. Rainier, or along the Pacific Crest Trail; a high-altitude trek around Mont Blanc, to Machu Picchu, or to Everett Base Camp; a climb of Kilimanjaro, Mt. Rainier, Denali, Aconcagua, or Mt. Everest; or any number of specific outdoor sport objectives that require more than traditional “gym training” or average fitness to accomplish.
WebTrainer is for motivated, goal-oriented outdoor enthusiasts who seek assistance in reaching those goals in a safe, effective, and timely manner. If you are looking for someone who can share with you sensible, honest answers to your specific conditioning questions, accountability, motivation, and a personalized, periodized program that will have you in peak condition by the time you are ready for your adventure, you’ve found the answer.
You may be a great WebTrainer candidate if you say yes to any one of the following:
- Do you live in a flat-lying state (or country) and will you be traveling at high-altitude?
- Are you participating in a guided mountaineering program?
- Are you post-rehab and interested in returning to sport-specific condition you’re your particular sport?
- Do you participate in multiple sports year-round? Are you trying to figure out how to balance training to excel in both (or all)?
- Do you want to significantly increase your strength, flexibility, anaerobic or aerobic fitness specific to your sport?
- Are you at least 3 months out from your primary goal and would you like to optimize your remaining training time for that objective?
- Are you stuck in a rut doing the same training but not getting any faster, stronger, or less winded?
- Are you a consistent exerciser, but someone who needs specific suggestions for what to do?
- Do you need ideas for how to keep training given limitations or restrictions on time, location, equipment, work commitments, and so forth?
